DESCRIPTION
============

This release updates only Ultimate Car Palm components including the PDA 
application and the conduit.  See below for itemized list of Bugs Fixed and 
New Features.  

BUGS FIXED
==========
None.

NEW FEATURES
============
Palm OS: The vehicle license plate is now editable.

Palm OS: Service intervals can be modified now.  The Oil Change, Maintenance, 
Tune-Up and Brakes all have miles/months criteria so the next reminder may
be scheduled.  These values may now be changed so that each vehicle may 
have a different schedule.

Palm OS: There are more service types available.  Belts/Hoses, Brake Flush, 
Coolant Flush, Inspection, Insurance, Registration, Timing Belt, Trans.Service, 
Wash, Wax/Detail have all been added.  

Palm OS: The service type Tire(s) has been broken up into two types: Tire(s) 
and Tire Rotation.  Any existing Tire(s) items having Tire Rotations will be 
automatically converted to the new type.

Palm OS: Of the new service types the following are considered an "interval 
type" like Oil Change, Brakes, Maintenance and Tune-Up: Tire Rotation, 
Wax/Detail, Trans.Service, Brake Flush, Coolant Flush, Timing Belt, Belts/Hoses.

Palm OS: Added Clutch fluid and Washer fluid checkboxes to Fluids type entry.

** PLEASE NOTE **
This setup will automatically install an updated BDE that works with newer 
versions of software.  It is recommended that any existing BDE versions be 
removed from your system before this installation is performed so that the 
latest version will be installed.  To uninstall an existing BDE try the 
Add/Remove Control Panel applet.  If The Borland Database Engine (BDE) does 
not appear in the list of programs to remove in the Add/Remove Programs 
list then you must manually remove the BDE folder (usually \Program Files\
Borland\Common Files\BDE or \Program Files\Common Files\Borland\BDE).

BUGS FIXED
==========
Palm OS: On some newer PDA versions of the Palm OS, the last service screen
would generate a fatal error and cause the PDA to hang.

NEW FEATURES
============
Conduit:  It is now possible to disable conduit logging and provide better sync 
time performance.  It uses an INI file (uccond.ini) to determine logging state.
By default, logging is now off instead of on and the log file name may be 
determined by changing the INI file also.
