This installation utility allows the Ultimate Car Desktop for Windows to be installed to your computer. A synchronization utility is provided to work with Microsoft ActiveSync to keep Ultimate Car for Pocket PC (PDA software) in sync.
NOTE: Version 4.0 and higher works only with Pocket PC 2003 PDAs and newer. For Pocket PC 2002 PDAs please see the Older Versions section below.

This setup utility installs CAB files onto your computer for the PDA software. If your PDA is connected via ActiveSync it will automatically install the appropriate CAB file to your PDA. Only the PDA software is installed, there is no Desktop version installed with this software.
It is now possible to use an ActiveSync connection to synchronize PDA data with the desktop via a supplied synchronization utility provided with the Desktop software and activated by this installation if using version 4.0 or higher of Ultimate Car Desktop for Windows. This installation must be run AFTER any Desktop software installation or the synchronization tool will not be activated.
